Regional Development Australia Far North (RDA Far North) is not-for-profit organisation funded through agreements with the Australian, State and Local Governments in the Far North region.
The team at RDA Far North build partnerships between government, regional development organisations, local businesses, and key regional stakeholders to assist businesses, industry and government respond to economic opportunities and challenges facing the Far North region.

Regional Development Australia Far North is looking for a motivated, organised and enthusiastic person to join our friendly team in Port Augusta.
This is a part-time, up to two-year contract (minimum 22.8 hours per week) with plenty of variety. One day you might be helping with finance, the next supporting a project, organising an event or keeping the office running smoothly.
What you’ll get involved in:
- Finance and general administration
- Project and event support
- Committee and meeting coordination
- Communications and social media
- Helping keep our busy office organised and on track
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Are organised, reliable and enjoy getting things done
- Have strong administration and communication skills
- Are comfortable working with numbers and finance/accounting software
- Have great people skills and enjoy being part of a team
- Are confident using Microsoft Office, social media and business software
- Have an interest in the Far North and regional development
